Spreading positivity through our food and raising the bar has been our purpose from day one. We take your lifestyle choices seriously and aim to cater to each and every one of you. So, we’ve introduced a new vegan menu that serves up the same authentic Prana experience that’s been enjoyed by our customers since our opening.
Our vegan dishes will be cooked to order, using only the freshest ingredients. we think our menu might even inspire a few non-vegans to menu hop from time to time!

Fresh pineapple marinated in a blend of spices and mustard oil
Chana Chot Pot
Chickpeas stir-fried in 10 spices and garnished with finely chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Finished off with a garnish of tamarind sauce
Vegan Veggie Samosa
Spiced vegetables wrapped in pastry
Vegan Onion Bhaji
Onions tossed in chickpeas flour with gentle spices
Here is our choice of delicious vegan mains:
Fresh vegetables cooked with shallots, capsicum and tomato in a light-medium blend of spice
Fresh vegetables cooked in light spices in coconut milk and dairy free curry sauce
Aloo Gobi Jalfrezi
Potato and cauliflower, pan-fried with shallots, pepper, spring onion and fresh chilli

Our Chef turns this simple fruit into an exotic, aromatic dessert. Slices of pear gently simmered in syrup of whole cinnamon.
